LastCall Labradors

Rhys is our first Labrador. Our sassy boy joined our family in 2001. Everything 'Rhys' screams Labrador to me, and it is my hope that one day I produce a puppy as special to his or her new owners as Rhys is to me. His zest for life is evident in everything he does.

He craves excitement, entertainment and above all, he craves his darned frisbee!

Rhys is the product of a backyard breeder. We were in such a hurry to add a Labrador to our family that we skipped a few very important steps in acquiring him. Unfortunately, Rhys is the only one who has paid the ultimate price.

While we couldn't possibly love a dog more than we love Rhys, however his cloudy eyes and wobbly legs make me feel sad for what we could have done properly by him.

A lot of breeders don't allow their older dogs to be social with puppies. I couldn't keep him out. Its my hope he rubbed off a bit of himself into each one. 

While Rhys lives and breathes at our home, I know his heart lies with my young nephew Jordan.
